Tree planting in the village - Class Hawthorn

Our Envirominnies team wrote to the Parish Council to ask if they could allocate some space for the team to plant some trees.  With the help of the Year 1 children from Holly and Hawthorn Classes they planted 13 trees - hazel, crab apple and rowan on the edge of the playing field.  These were kindly provided by the Woodland Trust.  

The children would like to thank all the people who have helped them to do this.
