PFA Easter Egg Hunt
We are delighted to announce an Easter Egg Hunt with celebration for our first fundraising event. |
The Easter Egg Hunt will involve walking through the beautiful village of Ashton-under-Hill, and using a map provided, spotting letters displayed in various houses throughout the village. Once you have all the letters you can try and work out the Easter phrase. You can do this activity any time during the first week of the Easter Holidays (9-14th April) to suit you.
On the morning of Friday 15th of April, Good Friday, there will be an Easter celebration at Ashton First School for all the family. You will be able to exchange your completed map for a chocolate Easter Egg! There will also be refreshments, games, races, arts & crafts and glitter/face paint available on the day.
We are planning to start at 10am and announce winners of the various competitions at 11.30am.
We would love to see as many of you as possible, please pop this date into your diaries. More information and maps will be available to buy soon so watch this space!
Other ways you can help:
Be one of the houses on the Easter Egg Hunt Trail - this would involve sticking a piece of A4 paper provided in your window between 9-14th April, and ideally your house would be on or not too far from the main road in the village | |
Volunteering - help on the day with various roles | Helping by coming along and supporting the event |
Donating any Easter Eggs, chocolate, gifts/toys for the winning prizes | Baking cakes or bakes for the refreshment team to sell |
