Something Happened On The Way To Camelot - Year 5 Production

As we expected the Year 5 children completely wowed us with their fabulous acting and singing this week. They all looked amazing in their costumes and we spotted some very strange hairstyles too!!! They relished performing to an audience and this really brought out the best in their talents as they welcomed the laughs and the audience reactions. As it was a pantomime, the audiences did a great job of booing, cheering, he's behind you -ing, shouting 'oh no he isn't' a number of times and clapping along to the songs. 

But of course, the real stars were the children. They have worked incredibly hard to learn all the lines and their positions on stage and have really come together as a team, working together on this project to amaze an entertain us. It was a real treat! We have seen them grow from the audition stage to the performances, gaining huge boosts to their confidence and self esteem. It has been such a positive experience for them in such a wide range of areas of their school and personal life. 

Yet another highlight for the Year 5's this year - we are beyond proud of our superstars!
