Netball Tournament Success!

This week, the year 4 and 5's from our school netball club took part in the Cluster Netball Tournament, which was held at Bredon Academy. The Year 8 young sports leaders there did all the umpiring and did a really great job.

All of our cluster schools took part with 12 teams competing in 2 different leagues. 

We played 5 games in total , winning 4 and drawing 1, making us the overall winners of our league. Our children played superbly, it was their first experience of a competitive game outside of school and they rose to the challenge! They played so well together as a team and every single one of them contributed to their successful result.

I am so proud of them, their team spirit and enthusiasm shone through and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
