Minibeast hunting in the meadow

The Reception children visited the meadow today to look for signs of Spring.  The leaves on the Oak tree have started to grow and we noticed that it was flowering too.  We looked underneath its canopy to find woodlice, spiders, a daddy long legs and signs that rabbits and sheep had been there.
