Intra House Cross Country
This week we had our very first Intra-house event, Cross Country for KS2 , which was held at Ashton playing fields. Every child took part and earnt points for their house group. It was a really successful afternoon with all the children cheering each other on and encouraging their friends.
We had individual winners for each year group and the total scores from all the runners were added together to work out the winning house. It was very close this year with 2 houses drawing for 3rd place.
Well done to all of our children for the huge effort they all put in and a big thank you to the Sports Ambassadors for helping run the event. This was their first event that they have run this year and they ran it brilliantly !
